South Boston

South Boston runs from original rowhouses to new condo stock, and each brings its own electrical constraints. In older buildings we're upgrading services and pulling dedicated circuits for renovated kitchens; in newer ones we're adding lighting, smart switches, and EV circuits in shared garages.

Condo work means coordinating with associations and property managers on access, quiet hours, and common-area shutdowns. We plan that into the schedule instead of discovering it on the day.

Permits are filed with the City of Boston and closed out with the inspector on site.
