Lynn

Lynn has some of the oldest housing stock we work in, and with it some of the most interesting panels. Cloth-covered cable, ungrounded two-prong circuits, and fuse boxes still in service are all routine finds here.

We do a lot of landlord work in Lynn: hardwired interconnected smoke and CO detectors for certificate inspections, separating shared circuits between units, and correcting the items that show up on a sale inspection report before they hold up a closing.

In the Diamond District, where the houses are large and the wiring is often original, we phase whole-house rewires so you're not without power in the entire building at once.
