East Boston

East Boston is triple-decker country, and the wiring reflects a century of additions. Shared circuits crossing between units, undersized services feeding three kitchens, and knob-and-tube still live behind the plaster are all things we untangle regularly.

Condo conversions are the other half of our work here. Separating a building into properly metered, properly panelled units is detailed work, and doing it right the first time avoids a fight with the inspector later.

We file with the City of Boston and meet the inspector on site, and we work in Spanish or English depending on what's easier for you.
